Show Low trip

Mark and I were able to go out of town one last time before he starts work again, so we decided to go play in the snow in Show Low.
Salt River Canyon

We spotted an awesome sledding spot off to the side of the road. The snow was so high it covered the STOP and NO TRESSPASSING signs, which is my excuse for why we went back there. I was so nervous about getting in trouble though, that Mark only got to go down the hill a few times before we left to find a legal location.
We waited to spend all day sledding until Monday when all the kids would be in school. The hill we went to was empty, so we had it all to ourselves.
We had a fun time just being lazy in the hotel room, eating at random country cafes, shopping and sledding. Somehow, whenever we go out of town, no matter where we go, we end up at the same stores that we have here in the valley. We made a trip to Bealls, or Bells, not sure which one it is, and Mark bought 3 nice pairs of dress slacks, all Dockers, and 3 or 4 dress shirts for only $90. It was such a good deal.
